Do not know how to prepare plant based milk coffee full stop. Tried multiple times - either serves it lukewarm or heats it up to 160F.

Excellent small coffee bar, in fact two of them , both are inside Richmond station, inside the barriers. Good coffee , sandwiches, snacks and good friendly service. Makes a railway journey on a cold wet day a whole lot better. Bon Voyage.

Willesden Junction station is the best, 5 stars. Richmond station is the worst, I’d give them 1 star - their hot chocolate is just a cup of milk. I’ve had hot chocolate many times at both stations.
