Food is good usually but last time I bought a warm wrap it dry inside and the rap was dry and looked burnt- it probably been there whole day. In Ealing there's always no space to sit because they never let you go upstairs, it's always blocked with some yellow signs... so I was charged to eat in but I didn't have space... read full comment

A good place with lots of comfortable chairs .Nice coffee The food is highly priced but I s'pose this is the culture of the chain! However it is far too brightly lit taking away any atmosphere it may have had. And the music is far too loud making it difficult to hear conversations! Not a very relaxing experience
