It’s a joke that there is a notice saying don’t be rude to the staff, when they are the rude ones. Awful service, replace the staff. Changing post offices.

One star for friendly staff. You have to queue for counter service if you have a QR barcode for pre-bought postage. Next time, I thought I would save time by pre-printing the label. But the self service machines won't scan the QR codes on those labels (only normal barcodes) so you have to queue again. There were 15 people... read full comment

Self service machine doesn’t scan return barcodes and the queue for the main cashier is usually very long. Very little cashiers to help. Avoid and go to another branch to save you a lot of time.
