This is one of the best banks I've ever been with and I have found their interest rates to be the best. So easy to open savings accounts online and I really can't fault them in any way. Impossible to even open an account with them! We have been trying to open an account for 2 months, sent them all the info they requested. They can't ever find the documents sent. Gave them time and dates of email over the phone, they then were able to find documents. They even sent a letter in the post requesting my email... read full comment
