I was informed that HSBC was no longer able to provide the service I required and was sent to the Post Office over the road. I have since discovered that all other HSBC branches still provide this service so I struggle to believe that the Richmond branch no longer does.

When Barclays over the road’s ATM kept my money, HSBC were far more helpful and managed to return it. (Barclays refused to have anything to do with their ATM not working!)
