Paid £25 for four of my own small balloons to be filled with helium. When I got them home, only one floated. I called them and they had zero interest in helping me, or owning any of the problem "stick them to the wall with sellotape"

Terrible service, this lady from Eastern Europe perhaps Polish was very rude as she gave me a helium balloon that was leaking and by the time I took it home in the back of the car which had no sharp objects, it has deflated 70% do I took it back to the shop and she bluntly refused and accused me of deliberately creating... read full comment

The shop assistant was too busy on their phone chatting to bother with customer service.
