Very poor customer service at prescription desk. With only one person waiting for me I was told that I need to wait 30 minutes. Only after I said that I can’t wait as long due to other plans second person got involved and change this to 15 minutes….

Pharmacy managed to fulfil my script but due to previous bad experience I wouldn’t recommend. On 2 previous occasions they failed to tell me they had only partially given me all of my medication. And the last time simply didn’t bother to tell me they were out of stock. I waited 5 days before having to go elsewhere.... read full comment
