Pharmacy completely useless. I just went to pick my prescription, pharmacist doesn’t start until 9:30. It doesn’t say online or anywhere. Why should I choose a pharmacy this way?

Automatic service and the staff so rude .I don't want to pay automatic and I know Boots is not caring about my preference however should care how people are treated. What the staff think we don't know how to use those machines that treats us like idiots?.I just left my staff and shopped somewhere else .I am sorry but never... read full comment

Unprofessional. I booked a flu job over a week ago and they cancelled my appointment just a few hours before. I rebooked again, accepted and CANCELLED again. What is wrong with this pharmacy? Such a shame for Boots.Will never go there again.
