Women behind counter was so rude. Asked for confirmation of posting and messed up and when politely asked for correct receipt became extremely rude , I did start to argue with her but gave up and went somewhere else. I will be sending a complaint to post office complaints department

Absolutely the terrible service. The lady that sits behind the counter on the right hand side is one of the most rudest people I’ve dealt with. She is lazy, rude and doesn’t even know the services offered by Royal Mail and will then argue with you that she is right! How she is still employed there is unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible service, the old woman working here is atrocious, everything is an inconvenience for her! The exact opposite of the lovely staff in the raynes park post office
