Used the boots online doctor services which advertised a fast and reliable service within 24 hrs. Came to collect the prescription issued by their own online doctor and the staff has no clue of what kind of service they are providing. Why advertise this kind of service if you are not able to deliver?

Horrible service! They never maintain time with prescribed medications- I ordered meds on 1st of November and it was approved by NHS on 2nd November and yet till date I haven’t received my meds! They have cancelled my flu jab twice, 1-2 days before the appointment, and the only option is to re-book at least one week later. So, I have already wasted two weeks waiting for the flu jab. Getting a flu jab in this branch is like chasing a rainbow!
