Only one word unreasonable treatment was told I couldn't return an item which I hadn't worn and had the tag on it. I discovered it had defect colour of jumper was unevenly dyed. I was told and yet I saw a white customer have her item changed. I won't go to this particular store again.

DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF ESPECIALLY MARIA. THEY CAN ACCEPT YOUR PURCHASES ALL DAY BUT RETURNING ONE ITEM YOU ARE INTERIGATED AND DENIED A REFUND. I ALSO NOTICED THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MINORITIES. CUSTOMERS WHO SHOP THE MOST ARE TREATED APPALLINGLY.

I visited the Putney branch today and it was horrible customer service, A long queue of us awaiting to be serve and I saw a member of staff whom was standing doing nothing. And I asked if she could assist to put the queue she shouted you don’t need to be loud. She needs a retaining,
