I have to say 1 star is too much for the older lady who is working on the retail counter. I have never seen a person who can be as rude as her, even a normal person who does not work in the service industry is better than her.\\nI am not complaining to the post office. The ladies in the post office are actually very nice.

Unfriendly and unhelpful?. Obviously not the same Danebury Avenue branch I use regularly!. I can guarantee a friendly smile and perfect service every time I call in and that's at least once a week.
