I walked two miles to this store to buy some screws, because I like to support small businesses. After selecting two packets of screws, he told me they only accepted cash, even though he had a card-reader in front of him, and I’d paid by card for an item the previous week. Complete waste of a trip.

Not open when they said they would be.Unhelpful and indifferent - especially when I said that I was paying by card.B&Q are just up the road. If you want us to support local businesses - you need to try harder.
