Horrible, yesterday I spent 10 hours in hospital had come to this shop few times to purchase some snacks. This place is poorly stocked and poorly managed. Everyday it's closed in the middle of the working day. Staff you shops properly. If in an emergency you cannot rely on WHSmith. Please arrange for your stock to arrive before 9am. Your staff shouldn't be closing the shop to restock. This is the only shop within the hospital... read full comment
