Poor service, room was given away after a long journey and room that we finally got smelled of smoke. Booked a family room and got a double bed and single for a family of 4. All aspects good. Welcomed by reception . Nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was clean and room good. Impressed with security vigilance they saw my room was jarred open as I was with friends next room. They came to check Food good. The rooms and cafe area were very basic and not particularly comfortable. It was clean but maintenance is needed. It’s not situated in a nice part of Woolwich.
