Had a meeting with a consultant, Prakash Kc, to check on whether my savings were being best protected at Lloyds. I must say he was most helpful and had many useful insights. Really nice guy, a mine of information and helped sort out my finances to my satisfaction.

Great customer services, everyone was so nice. I have to deposit a big amount of cash into my account to pay for tuition fees. I read it on the official website that limit for depositting cash is £5000 but I was able to do almost double today. Attitude and customer service are just terrible at this branch. Can't say that all the workers here are like that, but 3 of them definitely are totally useless. Very bad experience and a waste of time without any positive results. Can't recommend this branch to anybody.
