As a regular, I had an latte yesterday afternoon. The first sip came with a strong smell of chemical, I don't know if you guys accidentally put soap in the machine but the foam on top looks fairly weird with loads of bubbles. I threw it away. This has to be the worst Greggs. Products are usually cold, no ketchup or other sauces and staff unfriendly. If management are reading this, please fix this and also stop being stingy with not providing ketchup - all other Greggs stores do.
