Reading recent comments I can see already that there is a big problem with parcel collection and staff behavior. I went to collect my parcel today and guy behind the counter started asking for barcode then I ask him in my defence did you scan it because in order for me to receive the barcode email he needs to scan it.... read full comment

Terrible customer service. Went to collect my parcel been ask what date parcel was delivered. I said I don’t know, the woman there told me to come back in one hour cos they cannot be bothered to find the parcel for me. I went there two times, first time they said they are not taking returns parcels for two days and again I went today to return, there was a women she said ok at first but later there came a men shouting oh its a return we are not taking it. I asked why and he said the barcode is not working.This is really disappointing.
