I asked for a decaf iced coffee as I can't drink caffeine as it gives me jitters, and the staff gave me an iced latte with caffeine. This is actually not the first time this has happened and I only feel the effect after I drank it all as decaf and caffeine basically taste the same. I also notice they overcharge as well... read full comment
