I have shared this feedback with BHF via their website. I was shocked at how rude and patronising one member of staff was to me and another customer today. I recently purchased some vinyls from the store and upon trying to use these I found some of these to be faulty and unusable. I have shopped with BHF multiple times as I like to help support the work that charities do, as such I was hoping that I would be treated in a fair and kind manner when I attempted to return these... read full comment

There was a sign on the door saying to close it to conserve energy, I did but staff wanted it open “so people come in”. We are in a climate crisis.
