Today called in the morning on the referal of NHS emergency service to get my diziness medicine but the guy on phone from pharmacy didnt sound much interested on phone to even talk, denied, hung the call and left me on risk. Couldnt understand whats the point behind NHS referal of nearest pharmacy when they cant help.

Service is not as good as it used to be. I think they've taken on too many patients.Prefer to use online pharmacies that deliver your meds to your house for free (e.g. Simplymeds Online or Lloyds Direct)
