Won money and they wouldn’t hand it out to me worst place to go ever don’t visit they scam you

Cashier hardly speaks any english. Not answering simple question when asked and very ignorant. Won the maximum of £500 on one of the machines and they tell me I need to wait for 10minutes as their ‘money is not ready‘. Been here 20minutes now waiting and no result.
