I have been using this store for years but due to poor customer service returning an Evri item this is the last time I will use this store. I am glad I took my item to a store with better customer service. If you have to return an item, I would suggest you use other options nearby - there are too many places to return items... read full comment

Needs a lot of renovation. Since they are developing around Plaistow Station I think all the shops especially COSTCUTTER needs to move with the times. Really rundown looking from outside to inside. The to counters look like a prison visiting room.I would like to mention this is not a reflection of the managers or staff... read full comment
