Finally, someone understands that this shop needs some management changes. Before people were assaulted with rude behaviour that made them avoid shopping here.

Lovely shop whit friendly and polite new staff. Amazing new management.

I've been shopping at this charity in Pinner for many years, but unfortunately, I stopped doing it after I noticed some unpolite and rude behaviour from the previous manager towards customers also it happened to me. Since then I started to visit the charities that were around.
