They posted a (signed for) parcel I was expecting to the wrong address and didn’t even ask the persons name. Signature, photo and GPS not my house and now RM refuse to confirm parcel is lost. I have now lost £180 because the tracking says “delivered”

My local Post office very helpful staff. Paul always greet you with a smile they know their jobs. Very convenient to collect parcels overall good experience when I visit.
