I had a voucher to redeem with a barcode and it would not scan. A worker called Birgul was called to resolve the issue, she scanned it and it would not work, she took a long time to do this. She was rude and abrupt and not apologetic for the delays doing this. I would not recommend her services at the Palmers Green branch.
