Fantastic service today from the shop manager Shak and Adman when upgrading my iPhone. Very patient and worked with me to find the best deal for me, saving me money on both my BT Broadband package and also with the upgrade of my phone. Customer service like how it used to be before everyone became too busy.

Go to a different store! Attempted to upgrade my phone, they placed the order for me but the wrong phone arrived. I was patient and re-ordered (in stored) and was told to call back two weeks later to see if it had arrived. Turns out... they never placed the second order. No apology, no suggestion to help. Avoid.
