First time appointment with Vision Express, Nugent, Orpington & really helpful from the three members of staff that looked after me. Had been with a different opticians for years & what a difference in customer care today.

Had to wait 45 mins for my appointment as I watched others go in with later appointments. There was a 'mix up'. Once I was finally seen, everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

2 stars for the lady on the phone but im so disappointed my father passed and trying to sort out the outstanding bill they just wanted to passed on the the finance company this happened multiple times the finance company explained that this should be delt with in store and she sorted things for me .surly a company this... read full comment
