Very good service: booked appointment online, got vision check on time, selected frame and week after glasses were ready for collection. Price was lower than what I paid for similar glasses in other shop 6 years ago.

Just wanted to share how professional and understanding Jill in Audiology at Orpington branch was today. I needed help with my mother’s hearing aids, she took the time to show me how to clean and replace the batteries. Customer service at its best. Thank you so much.
