Sainsburys have balls up, spent a lot of time and money, putting high margin fat fighter chilled food right in front of where you walk in - like a wall to get around, to the fruit and veg area now two narrow when store gets busy. A '0' for new store layout.

Can't fault the selection, stock levels layout etc. Checkout staff are very pleasant. However, yesterday's experience disappointed....I had a really big shop.....over £400..….big trolley. Had to wait possibly 8 or 9 mins to be able to start to load onto checkout....I asked the girl.if she could get someone to help... read full comment
