Mob mentality at the service desk. Very rude. I won't be back.

The cafe is not disabled friendly .I have been taking my brother to M and S for many years he suffered a stroke a few years back and he asks for assistance to carry the hot drinks to the table whilst all the cafe staff except one are happy to help there is one petite lady who refuses to help and insists I collect the drinks... read full comment

They need to employ more staff and more stock on the shelves.
