Having looked online before visiting the store, we knew exactly what we wanted. The staff member who served us, Nandita, was extremely friendly and helpful but not pushy in any way. On a wet and miserable day shopping for a new bed was an extremely hassle-free, and dare I say, enjoyable experience. The tea was nice too!

Attended the Orpington Branch of Dreams earlier today. The store salesman named Barret was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable of the products. Would recommend, especially now as there is also a sale.
