I spend 160 pounds there and did not receive samples.. I bought the money blac and I had no free gift as well. They didn't even bother telling me that they didn't have in stock.

Very bad experience, staff is very bad , staff keep talking each other not dealing with customers. Westfield white city . Not recommend

Normally you would get free samples after buying the products. Didn't get any this time. Was extremely disappointed. New labelling march one is there now.if you wanted a personalised message. £1.99. They also gift wrap for you.
