Amazing service and care of the staff there.. second trip and it only keeps getting better. Staff know their stuff and make the product even better then it is with their ability to inform me of something really remarkable.

I got ice cream cones today but very dissappointed. The quality and ice cream was not churned properly so it was melting. Tried telling one of the girls about the ice creams but she didnt tell us that the machine was not working. By the time we got the ice creams, the cones had gone soggy. It is small outlet in the Westfield mall. If you do not keep an eye out for it you may easily miss it and walk right past it which is what I did trying to find it with Google maps. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Got some chocolate and few other things from here. I absolutely love their salted caramel vodka liqueur.... read full comment
