Worst Royal Mail I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, make up random rules that aren’t on their website or anywhere until you get to the shop and wasted your time. Never enough staff. Awful

There seems to be a theme of losing passports with this sorting office. I expect they are selling them on the black market and the ID being used to take out loans etc. Unfortunately I am one of them. The item was tracked to the sorting office and then disappeared!
