I wouldn't call it racism, I would call it customers reacting to the poor behaviour, sniggering, laughing and making poor comments about their customers. My wait this time was prolonged because doing all the above proved more important than being thorough.Think it's time to change pharmacy.

This pharmacy has the most pointless staff working there. They think if I hide around the back customers will hopefully just go away. No management as they have no clue how shiftwork works as they all take lunch at the same time? Obviously never herd of staff rotation for breaks. They need to hire better, competent staff.

This is how you go from hero to zero .Pharmacist remarked about my handwriting while I was standing there . I confronted her and she was able to understand me , her English was awful . She needs manners and more training . I will take this further of course . I would have told her about her behaviour but she looked confused... read full comment
