Great flowers and timely delivery but very very poor customer service.....ordered via phone from Kenya for a UK delivery, asked for a receipt to be eMailed to me THREE times (calling at my own expense of course) and no action.....totally against Trading Standards, especially if asked...flowers were pretty, but as a customer,... read full comment
