I had one ticket with free bet (£5) and the guy hi didn’t want to help me to use because hi said that it’s not valid, hi didn’t want to be disturbed from his place hi was sow disrespectful. I have to destroy the ticket in his face to show him that hi didn’t want to be helpful! All happened 13 November 2023 14;00pm
