I ordered sandwiches using my rewards, but they refused to make my order. They said they had an issue with their till, but were still receiving online orders. On Google it was showing the shop was open and drove all the way there for it to be closed. When I called them they picked up the phone and said subway, I asked are you open, the guy said ermmmmm no. What was the point of picking up the phone if you're shut ?
