Manager are counting the till on front of the costumers and ignoring the 5-6 people in the queue.

Last time I'll shop in there, member of staff barged me out the way to load an already loaded shelf, if that's how they treat customers I dread to think how they treat the food we are going to buy. No manners, will shop elsewhere in future

I dont write a review, but i feel compelled, too. Absolutely rude lady with red hair! I got a coffee from the Costa machine and went to the till to pay as I had a meal deal. the guy told me I needed a recipe, so I went to get it from the machine to be shouted at " no you stay" like I was some dog!
