Tried to deliver the parcel on 11 of January- failed. Because it is an apartment, they do not do phone calls.Changed to deliver to nearest Post Office- keeping trying to deliver it to my apartment three days in a row.Came over to collect it - they say “it’s gone for deliver, I do not have time for you”Clowns

This is the second time they lose my letters , the second one wasn’t that important but the first one it was a penalty charge for my car and I never received it so then I had to pay £240 because they didn’t post the actual letter to my address , this is very bad , why do I have to get to pay that much money because... read full comment

I'd give -100 star rating if possible. Aside from the ridiculous opening hours(8-10am!?), the one person at the till had NO IDEA of what a proof of postage is. Don't they teach them this on mail school? First lesson: left and right. Second lesson: press button for proof of posting.I'm never getting my precious time back.... read full comment
