We want to thank Jema for her excellent and helpful service in getting a family friend’s BRP’s redirected.We initially had problems in redirecting the BRP’s and waited about a month but Jema went above and beyond to try and help us which we were really appreciative of.Thank you Jema!

I was served by a lady at counter six today, the name of whom I passed onto another staff member the PO. I was appalled by the terrible customer service I received. The lady who served me did not speak to me at all apart from saying “give me the barcode” and “put your parcel over there” the whole time she was talking...
