I called many times but no one answering the phone. If somone is working for a company and they have phone to answer so then answer otherwise take the phone line away so people should not call. Prescription service awful. Very unhelpful. Send you back to GP without helping. Very rigid. Can’t always get the pills. Go somewhere else!

Pharmacy is ridiculously short staffed. Very long waits to firstly give your prescription and then even longer to wait to get dispensed. Disappointed Boots!
