complete idiots incapable of following delivery instructions, resulting in important medical packages getting stolen. i really despise royal mail with a passion now

Just to say - the staff here are brilliant. So kind and helpful, but there are not enough of them, and they have cut the hours to now only being open 2 hours a day, making it difficult to collect and the queues long. Longer hours and more staff needed
