John who is supervising the self checkout machines is great! Very helpful and friendly he is also very reactive to give you the age approval or anything else. Today he spotted that with my basket I could benefit from some free products and shared the tip with me. It's always a pleasure to see him around.

M&S foodhall, decent helpful staff. However this store is self check out only, albeit a member of staff can provide help, but still require items to be self scanned before they can help. I would avoid if disabled or have complex needs.

Incredibly disrespectful retail assistant, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I was shopping with my mum helping her and didn’t grab a basket as we had a lot of items to carry and it would be too heavy.
