Absolute joke of a store. Staff stand there pretending to be stocking things, meanwhile queues pile up in the store. Went in for a click & collect and it took 20 mins to have the item given to me. 10 minutes at the till waiting for one of the staff members to come out from hiding at the back and then another 10 minutes... read full comment

A perfect example of how NOT to run a store. Staff don't even greet you when you walk in, no one knows anything and you can't use the dressing rooms (true story).
