The staff are friendly and helpful - places like this are a pillar in the community!, The manager is particularly helpful and recently assisted me with a complicated return and purchase!

Very rude manager. However hard working but her rudeness pisses me off at the Norbury branch. I don't think these people are being checked. Where are the authorities of this charity shops they need to check that manager all what people are saying is the truth.

Sadly the customer service is the worst i ever come across in London. This is my local charity and i often make donations but the manager Maria is so extremely rude.
