It seems to be a consistent experience of having a late opening past 5:30am where customers are having to wait outside, watching staff walk by without any concern of getting the store open. 3 staff were on shift this Tuesday morning and not one of them made a prompt effort to get the doors open.

Keeping the door open at 5:30 am when it’s freezing cold outside and warm inside is just rude. I’d just arrived and, at first, enjoyed the warmer feeling inside (but not for long, though).
