Pret CS department; why are you leaving this pret to fail miserably. Awful rude staff and even worse coffee. Ask for a drink extra hot = Luke warm. Ask for a coffee as normal = Cold. Best tasting (seriously), (seriously) most expensive apple I can afford to buy (I mean an apple). Really! Staff's smile was phoney, though; t'least the one I pa'd2.
