The Post Office declined to accept my Parcelforce drop-off, citing its size as the reason and directing me to the Clapham office instead. It would have been useful if someone had answered the phone during any of the ten times I tried; this would have spared me the arduous journey with a heavy parcel.

Worst post office ever. Staff are so rude and always refuse my parcel when I have requested to send it there. Avoid until they get manors
